PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precure retreaded tire and a method for manufacturing the precure retreaded tire, in which weight balance is uniformed in a tire circumferential direction.SOLUTION: A precure retreaded tire 1 includes a precure tread 2, a base tire 3, and a cushion rubber 4 attaching the precure tread 2 and the base tire 3 to each other. The precure retreaded tire 1 has a side member 5 for adjusting weight balance, composed of a precure rubber, and a side cushion rubber 6 for attachment. The side member 5 is positioned on at least one of buttress portions and at a position corresponding to a light point of an assembly X of the precure tread 2, the base tire 3, and the cushion rubber 4, and is attached to the assembly X via the side cushion rubber 6.
