PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate recognition of a place of connection of a flexible long-sized member for mechanically transmitting that the member contacts with an obstacle, and facilitate attaching/detaching operation of the flexible long-sized members.;SOLUTION: In an opening/closing device which operates a brake mechanism 42 from a release state to a brake state by change of tension of a flexible long-sized member when tension variable means is operated, the flexible long-sized member a consists of a first flexible long-sized member a1 extending from a lower end side of an opening/closing body 11 into a lintel portion 31 and a second flexible long-sized member a2 which is connected to the first flexible long-sized member a1 and transmits the change of tension to the brake mechanism 42, and a place of connection between the first flexible long-sized member a1 and the second flexible long-sized member a2 is disposed outside the lintel portion 31.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
