PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoluminescent coating composition which is high in brilliance, exhibits a good silky feeling and can form a photoluminescent coating film excellent in initial adhesiveness and water-resistant adhesiveness because the occurrence of exfoliation is sufficiently suppressed.SOLUTION: There is provided a photoluminescent coating composition which comprises: thin pieces of titanic acid to which a urethane resin is bonded; and an acrylic resin.
