PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium aluminide application process and an article with a titanium aluminide surface.;SOLUTION: The titanium aluminide application process and the article with the titanium aluminide surface are disclosed. The process includes cold spraying titanium aluminide onto a treatment region of the article to form the titanium aluminide surface.
