The display module comprises a first substrate, a second substrate and a display medium layer disposed therebetween. The touch-sensing module comprises a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer and a third electrode layer. The first electrode layer comprises plural first driving electrodes arranged along a first direction, and the second electrode layer comprises plural second driving electrodes arranged along a second direction, wherein the first and second directions are intersected.
