In one aspect, a machine-implemented method for facilitating a virtual content wall corresponding to a point of interest is provided. The method includes receiving a content item generated at a user device, determining a geographic location associated with the content item, identifying a point of interest having a geographic location that matches the geographic location associated with the content item and adding the content item to a set of content items corresponding to the point of interest.
