The method for producing a hybrid two-phase filler for elastomers, according to the invention, includes the following sequence of stages: impregnating the carbon soot with an ethanol suspension of magnetite in a grinding mill, the grinding of the ground product in the grinding mill, thermal activation in a specially constructed for this purpose reactor in a vacuum and the subsequent grinding of the end product in the grinding mill. The hybrid two-phase filler, as a result of the invention, contains impregnated with an ethanol suspension of magnetite carbon soot, with a quantity of magnetite /mass %/ 5 to 50% and carbon soot from 95 to 50%. The magnetite is dust like and has a quantity of SiО2 – up to 5%, size of particles up to 50 microns and density 4.8-5.2 g/cm3. The hybrid two-phase filler, according to the invention has the following characteristics: specific surface /BET/ 400-900 m2/g, iodine value- 370-750 mg/g, oil value - 200-450 ml/100 g, volume of the micro-pores 0,03-0,15 сm (STP)/g, diameter of the micro-pores – 3-10 nm, complete volume of the pores, cm(STP)/g - 0,5-1,5; specific surface of the micro-pores, m2/g, 50-90, external specific surface m2/g, 400-900. The method according to the invention ensures the manufacturing of a hybrid two-phase filler with an improved texture, in which the presence of micro-pores grants an opportunity for a better insulation of soot aggregates from one another through the located within them and around them phase of magnetite, and prevention the oxidation processes. 4 claims, 12 figures
