The created mobile tele-medical system, according to the utility model, includes a central computer (16), bidi and functionally connected through a switch (22) to external monitors (4), with a movements reader (6), with an ID reader (7), with an access button (8), with an infrared camera (12), with HD cameras (11), with a button for remote access of metal cabinets (15) and with a monitor (10). The central computer (16) through the switch (22) and router (27) is bidi connected to external computer (28) for tele-monitoring. The elements of the system are powered by a stationary electrical circuit through an electric panel (18) or through backup charging, in which the electrical panel (18) is single-directionally connected to a photovoltaic panel (20) via an inverter (21) and to an accumulator battery (19).
