UNIVERSAL ADJUSTABLE SET FOR FITTING KUNTSCHER NAIL

The universal adjustable set for fitting Kuntscher nails finds application in orthopedics at treatment through fixing fragments of broken femurs by means of Kuntscher nail with locking screws. The universal adjustable set for fitting Kuntscher nails for femurs consists of a Kuntscher nail with locking openings (1) which, by means of the adaptive coupler (2) placed in the mounting sleeve (3) fixed with a fixative sleeve (4), is tightened with a compression bolt (5). The sleeve for implanting (6) is welded to the bearer arm (7) having openings for fixing fitting (8). To the adjustable and fixing plate (9) is tightened the bearer rod (10) on which are located the guides sleeves (11) fixed thereto with a fixing nut (13) by the ball joint mechanism (12). In the guides sleeves (11) are placed protective drive sleeves (14) and therein are placed carriers (15). In a second variant of implementation, the universal adjustable set of Kuntscher nail consists of a Kuntscher nail with locking openings (1) which, by means of an adaptive coupler (2) placed in the mounting sleeve (3) fixed with a fixative sleeve (4) is tightened with a compression bolt (5). The sleeve for implanting (6) is welded to the mounting sleeve (3), to which there are welded bearer arms (7) having openings for the fixing fittings (8) fixing the adjustable and fixing plates (9) with welded to them bearer rods (10) on which there are placed guides sleeves (11) fixed thereto by means of ball joint mechanisms (12), with a fixing nut (13). In the guides sleeves (11) are placed protective drive sleeves (14) and therein are placed carriers (15) and the structure is closed by a triangular frame with mounting openings (16) having a horizontal channel in which it slides and fixes the vertical fixing device (17). 2 claims, 2 figures
