Under the current conditions, in order to monitor and control the bee colonies, regardless of the beehives system in which they are kept, it is necessary to open the hive so as to examine its general condition. In this manual review, the bee colonies fall into a stressful state - the bees are excited, they sting, the normal rhythm in the life and activity of the community is disturbed. The colony calms down completely only after 15-20 hours and the bees start working normally again. The information obtained by such a review of the hive is very limited and largely subjective. The apiaries are not effectively managed, they give low yields, and it is difficult to prevent diseases, and there is also a high mortality rate in the autumn-winter season. The beekeeper spends a lot of efforts, labor and time in vain. Moreover, the information obtained from the apiaries does not allow opportunity for bio-monitoring of the environment. The use of sensors placed in hives connected to an automated system for information collection is proposed in order to cope with these problems. The essence of this utility model lies in the creation of an automatic system for monitoring and control of the bee colonies. The system will allow, without disturbing bees and at any desired moment, to obtain objective data both on the status of bee colonies and on the environment, as in this way it becomes possible to create an information network at regional, national or on a global scale. The system is implemented through remotely received with the assistance of appropriate sensors data streams and creation of a telecommunication network that provides detailed information about the bee colony and substances from the environment in hives brought by the bees, as these substances are a representative sample of the biosphere, which is the essence of the described biomonitoring.
