METHOD AND INSTALLATION FOR THE CONVERSION OF WASTE HYDRO CARBONIC PRODUCTS AND UTILIZATION OF THE PRODUCTS OBTAINED AFTER THE REPROCESSING

The invention refers to method and installation for conversion of waste hydro carbonic products and utilization of the products obtained from the reprocessing. The utility solution proposed in the invention is highly efficient, with high productivity and safety, offers a wasteless and ecological technology for obtaining pyrolitic products, which finds application in industry and more specifically in energetics as an alternative independent energy source. The installation allows the realization of a continuous process with a complete and in-depth reprocessing, extraction and separation of the useful pyrolitic products. The by-products of the reprocessing – pyrolitic liquid, pyrolitic gas and a solid carbon remainder, can be utilized by being directly used for obtaining electric power, while the obtained liquid product has qualities which allow for the direct application as an energy source, as well as in the chemical industry for the production of chemical compounds or distinct mixtures of compounds. The essence of the method is to subject the hydrocarbon wastes to low-temperature pyrolisis, in the absence of air, to draw out the obtained in the pyrolisis solid remainder and a vapor-gas mixture, a stepwise purification of the gas-vapor from solid mixtures by using damp purification and dry purification, after which the purified gas-vapor mixture is subjected to a stepwise condensation separation of pyrolitic liquid and pyrolitic gas, part of the pyrolitic gas is returned to the zone of pyrolisis, while the remaining part, together with the highly caloric gas, obtained from the gasification of the solid carbon remainder, is added to a gas mixture for transformation into electric power.
