Hyaluronate Lyase Preparation, Hyaluronate Lyase Preparation, Use of the Hyaluronate Lyase Enzyme and Low Molecular Weight Hyaluronate Preparation Method The invention relates to an enzyme which is capable of degrading hyaluronic acid and which is produced by fungi. of the genus fistulin (especially hepatic fistulin). degradation occurs by lyase mechanism in which double bonds between c4 and c5 of glucuronic acid are formed. The invention also includes the enzyme preparation and purification process and a possible practical use thereof for the preparation of low molecular weight hyaluronate or cosmetic or pharmaceutical devices. and further, the invention relates to the method of preparing low molecular weight hyaluronate.
