Summary of the Invention "Complementary Diagnostics for Tec Family Kinase Inhibitor Therapy" The invention provides methods, assays and systems for determining the effectiveness of a tec family kinase inhibitor on a target kinase. The methods, tests and systems relate to determining the occupation of a target kinase by a tec family kinase inhibitor (e.g., btk inhibitors). These quantitative measurements are used to inform the therapeutic treatment and general health care management of an individual. For example, diagnostic kits are provided for diagnosing, predicting, and monitoring a disease or indication that benefits from treatment with a tec family kinase inhibitor. In another example, diagnostic kits for identifying responders to tec family kinase inhibitor therapy, determining therapeutic regimens, and detecting tec family kinase inhibitor resistance are also presented.
