A cylindrical groove in a front portion of the mounting arm has an axis perpendicular to a direction of travel and a locking screw hole is defined through the mounting arm in the groove. the back of a tongue support member has a cylindrical wall engaged with the groove, and defines a cylindrical lock aperture with an axis coincident with the groove axis. A slot in the back of the support member is oriented perpendicular to the axis of the lock opening. A lock cylinder is engaged in the lock opening and a lock screw extends through the lock screw hole and the slot and into the lock cylinder and is tightened to secure the support member to the mounting arm at an angle of selected tab. A lifting lug length can be adjustable.
