Classification fluidized bed granulation unit, fluidization bed granulation method, use of at least one particle classification element The present invention relates to a classification fluidized bed granulation unit, comprising: a perforated bottom of bed; a fluidized bed section; a solid power input or internal compression device; a fluidizing air inlet; a liquid or melt solution feed inlet and nozzles; an air outlet; and a product output; wherein said fluidized bed section comprises at least one particle classification element comprising one or more vertically inclined channels having upper and lower feed openings, wherein the one or more vertically inclined channels have upper and lower side slots. In operating the above fluidized bed granulation unit, each element channel separates the particles into large particle and small particle fractions and transports the large particle fraction up and the small particle fraction down into each channel. In addition, in the operation of the fluidized bed granulation unit, the large particle and small particle fractions are transported outside the upper and lower side slits respectively. The invention also relates to a fluidized bed granulation method and a use of the particle classification elements. 1/1
