biodegradable polyester blend, process for preparing biodegradable polyester mixtures, standard branching agent blend, use of the biodegradable polyester blend, and molded parts, sheets, or fibers. The invention relates to a biodegradable polyester blend comprising (i) from 5 to 80% by weight based on the total weight of ia ii components, at least one polyester prepared from aliphatic and aromatic dicarboxylic acids and di and (ii) from 20 to 95% by weight, based on the total weight of components of ia ii, of at least one biodegradable homo- or copolyester selected from the group consisting of polylactides, polycaprolactone, polyhydroxyalkanoates, and polyesters consisting of aliphatic dicarboxylic acids and aliphatic diols, and (iii) from 0.1 to 15% by weight, based on the total weight of components of ia (ii), (a) of an epoxide group-containing copolymer prepared from styrene, acrylate ester, and / or methacrylate ester, b) of a bisphenol epoxide a, or c) a natural oil containing epoxide, fatty acid ester or fatty acid amide and iv) from 0 to 15% by weight of additive; and v) from 0 to 50% by weight of inorganic or organic fillers, and process for preparation and use thereof.
