The proposed solution mainly serves to demonstrate ownership or intellectual property rights to copyright solutions, but also rights to technical solutions protected by industrial law,where applicable, for the storage of dat a and information where both proprietary and time -related information on the stored product is required.The application of the secure electronic deposit method and the monitoring of the transfer of product data simplifies, accelerates and facilitates the process of first registration of the work.In addition, the movement of the work is monitored and the factual nature on the basis of which it is possible to demonstrate a direct connection between the work viewed and the person who has removed it is demonstrated.Another major contribution to the protection of works is,that a server, equipped with safe deposit boxes for the archiving and monitoring of the copyright transmitted over the Internet, may also visit judicial institutions for the purpose of obtaining information on:common practice in this field.The purpose of this server is to provide absolute and serious information to help judges make the right decision in favour of the author and thus achieve a generally higher percentage of disputes won by the author.
