The solution relates to a preparation for protecting plants from fungal pathogens, which is characterized by containing an extract from the buds of the black poplar (Populus nigra L.) from 0.5 to 99.5% of the weight and a carrier based on a surface active agent and/or an emulsifier in the amount from 0.5 to 99.5% of the weight.
