The invention relates to the newly prepared derivatives of synthetic cannabinoids, whose structure contains a short connecting bridge bearing the carboxylic functional group, and chemical processes leading to the preparation of such compounds. These derivatives of synthetic cannabinoids can be advantageously used for conjugation with a fluorescent mark, which would then allow for visualization of interactions of thus labelled ligands with cannabinoid receptors, or for the preparation of immunogens by conjugation with the carrier protein. The polyclonal rabbit antibodies obtained from immunized laboratory animals can be applied in the development of fast, user-friendly formats of immunochemical assays LFIA (Lateral-Flow Immunochromatographic Assay).
