Biotinylated derivatives of testosterone, boldenone, trenbolone and methandrolone at positions and C-3 and O-17β for an immunoanalytical kit

The subject of solution are new compounds of Formulae I-VIII. They are steroid derivatives in which the residue of testosterone, boldenone, trenbolone and methandrolone is either conjugated via the position of the steroid carbon number 3 or 17; while the conjugation via position 3 is carried out by the classical CMO coupling which is extended by 2-[2-(2-{2-[4-(aminomethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl]-ethoxy}-ethoxy)ethoxy]ethanamine and through it, via an amide bond, it is attached to the carboxyl group of biotin, whereas, otherwise, the hydroxyl group in position 17 is ester-extended by a bridge consisting of 1-[4-(aminomethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl]-3,6,9,12-tetraoxapentadekan-15-oic acid whose N-terminus is connected to biotin via an amide bond. For classically performed ELISA assays, there is used a protein, preferably avidin, which sorbs directly to the surface of the pits, and then, with the advantage of high affinity of avidin, a steroid is immobilized to biotin. The result is a stable and well-defined system useful in developing detection systems based on different ELISA formats.
