The ergonomic device for monitoring local muscular load is formed based on one or more measuring assemblies (S), each of which contains 3-8 resistive pressure sensors (1) (FSR) with a sensitivity of 0.010 to 10 kp/m.sup.2.n. (~ 0.1 to 100 Pa) and at least two sensors (2) of position, and the device further comprises a data logger (D) which is connected, via its control unit (3), to the two measuring assemblies (S), while the control unit (3) is, in the data logger (D), connected to the storage medium (4), the control panel (5) and the signalling device (6), and, at the same, the data logger's (D) control unit (3) is connected to the PC unit (7). This ergonomic measuring device has preferably the control unit (3) of the data logger (D) formed by a microcontroller for controlling reading of the data from the measuring assembly/assemblies (S) and for transferring the received data to the storage medium (4), and provided with an output to the PC unit (7).
