This is a method of establishing secure electronic communication with different electronic means, in particular between the electronic means of electronic service providers and the electronic means of electronic service users and/or between local electronic means and the electronic means of electronic service users. Electronic service users shall be first provided with a personal carrier of electronic identity without information about the identity of the user. Upon the first connection of the user's blank personal carrier to the electronic means of any service provider and/or local electronic means, the personal electronic identity carrier and the electronic means of the service provider and/or the local electronic means mutually generate a verifiable electronic identity, which shall be stored in the personal carrier of the electronic identity and in the electronic means of the service provider and/or in the local electronic means for the purposes of further mutual electronic communication, separately from other identities and without the knowledge of the personal data of the user of the electronic services. Subsequently, only the generated and stored information will be used to verify the identity of each subsequent connection of the electronic service user to the electronic means of the service provider and/or to the local electronic means.
