The tension rod has a wall-mounted anchor plate (10) which is flush with the bottom of the wall and has a horizontal mounting plate (20) connectable to the concrete slab. The height of horizontal mounting plate at the anchor plate is vertically adjustable and connectable using laterally displaceable control panel (12).
