The electromechanical actuators are joined and controlled using PC, made with the possibility of calculation of algorithm for the support position and bending roller assembly calibration for different types of the control arm. The calibration devices of the support and bending roller assembly comprise hand controls. The apparatus is made with the possibility of installation of the supports with different configuration. The method for repair of control arm of the automotive suspension using the apparatus contains the stages when preliminary worn-out ring flange is removed from the control arm, pins are removed, and surfaces of control arm socket are cleaned, by welding the extending upward ring flange is made to the cleaned socket surface, a new ball pin is manufactured and installed in the control arm socket, wherein the new ball pin is made of steel, a support matching the type and control arm configuration is selected, the control arm is installed and secured in the support, which is installed in the base seat, the bending roller is put in contact with the external surface of the new ring flange of the control arm, the ring flange is bent inside by rolling of the bending roller along circle of the ring flange, while applying to the ring flange force downwards, and thus tightly isolating the ball head of the pin in the control arm socket. Extending upward ring flange is made by pulse electrical resistance welding in neutral environment. The positions calibration of the support and bending roller assembly is made using the electromechanical actuators controlled by the computer using software for different types of the control arms. Surface cleaning of the control arm socket comprises either cleaning by chemical process or turning of the socket surface by machining.
