The controller includes an elongated u-shaped element, an electronic connector block and a microcontroller. A method for providing a non-invasive patient neurorehabilitation includes connecting a mouthpiece to a controller, transmitting a number sequence to a mouthpiece, generating a first hash code, transmitting a first hash code to a controller, generating a second hash code, comparing the second hash code with the first hash code, resolving the electrical communication between the mouthpiece and the controller, only if the first hash code matches the second hash code, bringing the mouthpiece into contact with the intraoral cavity of the patient and providing neurostimulation into the oral cavity of the patient.
