The invention relates to the creation of a computational platform comprising a base of phosphoproteomic database allowing the learning of the medicine’s activity and, in the sequel, the evaluation of the efficiency thereof in combination with genomic, chemo-proteomic and clinical data. The invention comprises: 1) a method for the handling of genomic and proteomic data; 2) a method for the production of a proteomic network; 3) a method for the handling of clinical data and 4) a method for the mechanical learning on the medicine’s efficiency quantification.
