FLUID INJECTION SYSTEM WITH USE OF PARALLEL AND SYNCHRONIZED RECIRCULATIONS

The invention relates to a method-system of continuous-flow reactors. it comprises one at least recirculation sub-system which contains the appropriate equipment for the material΄s flow (e.g. pumps) and has the possibility of measuring the conditions of said material (pressure, temperature, flow etc) via adequate instruments while being connected to the network of a central production system (process path) at the injection point through which the flow is recirculated or deviated inside the process path. The material of the sub-system is recirculating into the closed network while the instruments measure the conditions. The equipment is automatically controlled and regulated on the basis of the measurements and the comparison thereof to the respective measurements of the central production system, influencing the flow and the measured conditions of the material until these conditions become similar to those of the central system; then, the flow deviates within the process path what synchronically applies for all the recirculation sub-systems (Modular Material Slots), allowing the change of the position of the materials (reformulation) by easy and direct re-arrangement of the recirculation sub-systems (Modular Material Slots) , the potential removal and/or addition of new ones with no change of the whole system as well as the full control of the system with no consumption of materials.
