The present invention is directed to a process and the product thereby obtained called charcoal briquette which is made of the Rice Husk Ash (RHA) produced during the generation of electricity from rice husk by gasification which can be further used as domestic fuel which does not produce any particulates on combustion and an apparatus for the production of such charcoal briquette.
