The present invention is directed to a composition for treating skin inflammation (Dermatitis), skin regeneration & rejuvenation and wound healing containing a Chitosan component used for the treatment of skin regeneration & rejuvenation and wound healing, Clobetasol Propionate used in treating skin inflammations, a cream base containing any of the ingredients selected from a group comprising primary and secondary emulsifiers, waxy materials, co-solvents, acids, preservatives, buffering agents, anti-oxidants, chelating agents and humectants, and purified water. The invention has the advantage that it reduces blood clotting time, increases epithelial effect, and provides faster relief from infection and inflammation. The invention also provides an integrated unit-dose or a single-dose therapy hitherto unavailable in prescription dermaceutical formulations. Furthermore, the invention is adequately stable/efficacious at ambient conditions and does not need special temperature control during transportation/storage.
