The present disclosure relates to an assay to measure Cu,Zn superoxide dismutase (SODl) concentration, comprising of: assay buffer; SODl calibrator; and at least three electrodes in screen printed carbon electrode (SPCE), characterized in that one elettrode is a reference electrode; second electrode is a counter electrode and third electrode is a working electrode having specific primary monoclonal anti-SODl modified SPCE. The present disclosure further relates to a method to measure Cu,Zn superoxide dismutase (SODl). The present disclosure further relates to a process to prepare the working electrode.
