The non conventional/renewable energy source drivel device to increase the rotation per minute (RPM) and power of a shaft to perform heavy duty work/job; the device comprising a prime mover rotating log L attached with Gear 1 attached with the shaft 1 rotates; shaft 1 fixed with another Gear 2 rotates the big sprocket 1 ;the gear 2 will rotate the small sprocket 2 with the big sprocket 1 ;the wheel 1 of free wheels shall rotate wheel 2; as this wheel 2 is attached with a shaft 2 which carries a flying wheel empowering the shaft to perform heavy duty work to this shaft 2 a wheel 3 is fixed; with the help of this wheel 3 another wheel 4 is driven with the patta /belt fixed on a separate shaft 3 mounted on foundation with the help of block and bearings; the pulley thus rotate shaft 3 with high rotation per minute; this shaft 3 is empowered to rotate mill or dynamo or compressor or other machines with desired wheel size; optionally, any number of wheels could be attached to the shaft 3 so as to drive any machine.
