摘要

Unsteady flowing fluid as encountered in the exit of a turbine and wind in general contains energy that is difficult to harvest. The unsteady fluid flow energy harvester which consists of a cantilever beam and spring mechanism is capable of harvesting the energy in that by generating vibrations in the unstable structure of the mechanism. By creating the effect of resonance in the spring the amplitude of vibration is magnified so that maximum energy can be extracted when that vibrational energy is applied on a piezoelectric material in the form of striking force.
