The present invention provides a synergic microfertilizer with one or more passive micro-particle moisten by inoculums of cyst/endospores/spores of three or more micro-organisms of different types or functionality. Further, the three or more micro- organisms are selected on the basis of interdependent on each other so that when applied in the field, all the micro-organism grows in synergy enhancing their individual performances manifold to works as a tremendous booster for soil ecosystem as a whole and maintains optimal macronutrient supply to the plants.
