REMOTE MONITOR AND CONTROL SYSTEM FOR LARGE AREA FARM LAND USING WSN- ZIG-BEE

The wireless sensor network (WSN) is one of the most significant technologies suitable for distributed data collecting and monitoring in tough environments such as greenhouse or cropland. Several measurement points are required to trace down the local climate parameters in different parts of the big farm land to make the automation system work properly. Hence the applied design for large area farm land management was proposed by introducing both the hardware and software architectures. The node power consumption was also considered. Finally, the architecture of Zig-Bee-based mesh network large area farm land management is indicated to monitor the air temperature, humidity, soil moisture and ambient light intensity. All these parameters are monitored periodically on the html page. Following invention is described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of sheet 1 showing block diagram of the system and Figure 2 of sheet 1 showing the typical sensor node.
