The invention herein is a cooling unit for electrical and electronics equipments. This cooling unit comprise of a surface attachment strip and corrugated copper metal strip having very high heat exchange property clustered together to form a single cooling unit which is needed for high heat generating electrical and electronics components during working condition. High heat generating components or equipments or modules need material with high heat transfer rate property to cool to the desired level. Here we have applied below mentioned types of corrugated copper strips: 1. Extra Broad Flute Corrugated Copper Metal Strips (EBFCCMS) 2. Broad Flute Corrugated Copper Metal Strips (BFCCMS) 3. Narrow Flute Corrugated Copper Metal Strips (NFCCMS) 4. Fine Flute Corrugated Copper Metal Strips (FFCCMS) Above developed technology can be used in all variety of electrical and electronic components of any shape and size. Example: 1. Laptop chargers. 2. Any portable chargers. 3. Transformers. 4. Choke. 5. AC/DC Motors. 6. Generators. 7. LED Light Modules. 8. Power electronic components like: a. Power Metal Diodes. b. Power IGBTs. c. Power DIACs. d. Power TRIACs. e. Power MOSFETs. f Power Capacitors. g. Power Resistors. h. Power Inductors.
