A system for efficient management of traffic rules which will prevent the people from jumping the red light at the traffic signals and also prevent people who do not possess a drivers license with them from driving the particular vehicle, the drivers license comes with a chip installed on it, this particular chip will have the drivers name, contact details, address of that particular person, license number and further details; a scanner is installed on the vehicles which will scan the chip on the drivers license and pass on that information to the Passive Reader Active Tag (PRAT) RFID Module (CX) installed on top of the vehicles; another Active Reader Passive Tag (ARPT) RFID Module (TX) will be installed where the traffic signal is placed; when the traffic signal turns red, the RFID Module (TX) on the traffic signal will be activated and the information from the RFID module (CX) on all vehicles passing below the will be captured by TX and that data will be sent to the server present at the Police Headquarters, as well as an SMS will be sent to the person driving the car who jumped the red light at the traffic signal. The RFID Module pair installed on the vehicle and the one installed at the traffic signal will form an RFID Module Pair (TX + CX); this will help in prevention of the red light being broken at the traffic signals and will also prevent people not having a drivers license from driving a vehicle which will in turn eradicate under age driving and also prevent accidents to a large extent.
