The present invention relates to method of breaking lime scale / anti-scale water treatment, will protects the piping system and instruments against scale and rust. In the present invented method, impulse square waves are generate, which will break the crystal particles of rust of scale and stop the blockage in piping system without any external chemical composition. In the present invented method, The wave frequency is depends upon the diameter of pipes so, in the present invention wave generation device works with range of 3 KHz to 32 KHz and which is require to fix on outer side of piping system. In the present invented method the impulse bend is wound around the piping system very tightly on both side of the pulse generating device. In the present invention 24 V DC 350 to 750 mA is applied on the pulse generating device, which will generates pulse with dual polarity square waves.
