摘要

The present invention provides a device to regenerate the resorbed alveolar bone of the mandible. Device is designed to have two components, the first component is removed non surgically on completion of desired bone lengthening, the other component serves as the implant which can receive the prosthetic part of the tooth and remains embedded in the bone lo serve as a template to receive an abutment to provide implant supported prosthesis to the patient. The intent behind this invention is to amalgamate two surgical procedures to a single procedure, thus reducing patient morbidity and saving the regenerated or distracted bone.
