摘要

This is to provide a spin finish oil for polyester synthetic fiber which can sufficiently correspond to a high speed spinning process in recent years, and simultaneously satisfy web uniformity in the high-speed carding process, proof against roller wrapping, proof against scum deposition and coiling form in the high-speed ring drawing process, proof against scum deposition in the high-speed ring spinning process and proof against scum deposition in the high-speed rotor open-end process, a processing method of a polyester synthetic fiber using such a spin finish oil and a polyester synthetic fiber obtainable by such a processing method. As the spin finish oil for polyester synthetic fiber, used was a material comprising 10 to 90% by mass of a specific alkali metal salt of an alkylphosphoric acid ester having an alkyl group with 12 to 22 carbon atoms in the molecule, 5 to 80% by mass of a specific surfactant and 0.1 to 45% by mass of a specific amine salt of an alkylphosphoric acid ester having an alkyl group with 12 to 22 carbon atoms in the molecule (100% by mass in total).
