The test rig is developed to meet the testing requirement of the wheel brake units fitted in landing gear of Helicopters. The rig consists of Test Stand with Fixture to mount the component, Electro Hydraulic power pack system, Electrical display, Control Panel and PC Based Data acquisition system. Data acquisition system with customized software gives the real time performance data and also storage of the performance data. The rig design includes an interconnection comprising various elements like Hydraulic actuator, hydraulic control panel and data acquisition system.
