The present invention relates to implementing an integrated waste management application based on a decentralized waste management system, wherein the system is configured to support multiple collection centers or ward centers for collecting and managing the garbage within the network. The system and method implements the integrated waste management application by generating a unique user identifier (UID) in combination with a unique ward identifier (UWID) for the registered user account, wherein the UWID is determined based on the collection center or the ward center associated with the user account. Further, the application facilitates various services to the registered users for improving the segregation, collection, and transportation of the garbage within the network.
