The invention relates to a novel ramp creation mechanism for the purpose of wheelchair users with a simple closed kinematic mechanism consisting of four links connected to each other which does not occupy much space and is integrable with the bogie of the train, bus or any other vehicle/platform onto which a wheelchair bound passenger needs to reach. The link lengths are inherently variable due to the use of variable length pistons as two of the links. The ladder is the coupler of the mechanism. Figure 2A
