Mobile Waste Burning Equipment is Novel idea of Burning of Waste with Plasma Torches. It has wheels for moving one place to other . The capacity of Mobile Waste Burning Machine is only 10 kg at a time and 01 tonne in a day . It is portable and movable . It can be easily moving from one place to other by gentle pushing of single man . It has Novel shape which consists of 02 chambers attached to each other . The weight of this equipment is also very minimum and easily handle during movement time . Novel shape is comfortable with handling and movement from one room to other room or place . The height of Equipment is 04 ft and length is 3.5 ft along with Hopper . There is facility of Attachment to make it automatic Waste feeding. It can generate heat more than 3500 degrees in very short time . It is operated on Normal Electric power . Mobile Waste Burning Plasma operated Machine is for Hazardous Waste Like Hospital Waste , medical Waste , municipal Solid Waste , River Waste , Industrial Waste . Any type of Waste this plasma operated Burning machine easily burn . The Novel Design of Mobile Waste Burning Machine is in vertical shapes where Waste Feeding Hopper on the Top of Furnace . There are 02 chambers where Chamber one has hopper on the top for filling / loading into Waste . Waste can be loaded by Manually or Through Conveyer Belt automatically . Furnace has vertical shapes where hopper feeding waste directed come into the chamber of Furnace. Furnace has the option of 04 Plasma torches but we are using only 02 torches which can generate the Heat temperature more than 3500 degree . The Second chamber are gas Filter and Scrubber . Where we have adjusted one fan to push the hazardous gases from filters . There are 05 filtration processes along with scrubber . Which are able to make hazardous gases clean . These filters are able to clean all type of hazardous gases before emission . The Temperature is also controlled by control panel at the side top of Waste Burning Equipment. The temperature is also control and utilise the heating capacity minimum or maximum according to nature of waste . Waste Burning Equipment gives facility to waste to generate sources of burning waste at that premises or venue only . There is no need to store the Waste or Transfer the waste from one place to other . It prevents the Pollution generation by waste storage and waste to transfer . It will help to society , Industries and Hospital to burn waste in many times a day
