METHOD FOR PRODUCING N-SUBSTITUTED CARBAMIC ACID ESTER, METHOD FOR PRODUCING ISOCYANATE USING N-SUBSTITUTED CARBAMIC ACID ESTER, AND COMPOSITION FOR TRANSFERRING AND STORING N-SUBSTITUTED CARBAMIC ACID ESTER CONTAINING N-SUBSTITUTED CARBAMIC ACID ESTER AND AROMATIC HYDROXY COMPOUND
Provided is a method for producing an N-substituted carbamic acid ester derived from an organic amine from an organic amine, a carbonic acid derivative, and a hydroxy compound containing one or more hydroxy compounds. The method comprises: reacting the organic amine, the carbonic acid derivative, and the hydroxy composition using a reactor for producing urethane provided with a condenser; and condensing the hydroxy composition and a compound having a carbonyl group derived from the carbonic acid derivative by introducing the hydroxy composition, the compound having a carbonyl group derived from the carbonic acid derivative, and air containing ammonia produced as a by-product in the reaction into the condenser attached to the reactor for producing urethane. The stoichiometric ratio of the hydroxy compound contained in the hydroxy composition to be condensed to the compound having a carbonyl group derived from the carbonic acid derivative to be condensed is 1 or more, and the ratio of the number of carbonyl groups (-C(=O)-) contained in the compound having a carbonyl group derived from the carbonic acid derivative incorporated in ammonia to be collected as gas by the condenser to the number of ammonia molecules is 1 or less.
