Another sea waves energy converters and amendments systems comprising a hanging paddle (1), axle (2) with frame structure (6) and rack gears(5a,b) mounted on two pillars (13a,b) and generator. Which are situated on the seabed, paddle (1) is fixed on the one part of the square shaft, for slanting position and face of the sea wave. When forward velocity force of sea waves blow the paddle (1), said paddle moves to the back side, while at that time rack gears (5a,5b) of the welded frame structure also move in to circular and transmit power in order to freewheeled pinion gears (4a,b) for rotating shaft (9), fly wheel(8a,b), big gear (7), small gear (14) and generator(lO). Thus the energy of the sea waves converts in to electricity.
