ABSTRACT:- A Inverter AC with single speed gear transmission compressor which comprises mechanical, electrical and an electronic instrument, figure-1 refers to 1 is an Hermatic Air condition compressor which comprises an electric motor and its 1.4 vertical crank shaft bottom is fixed in the 1.7 bottom bearing. Just above the bottom bearingl.17 a larger gear wheel is fixed to the (1.4) crank shaft, beside this a compressor with 1.11 crank shaft is fixed vertically parallel to motor shaft, its upper portion is fixed in the 1.10 top bearing and its middle consist of AC compressor 1.1 cylinder which inside comprises roller and vane. The (1.11) crank shaft bottom portion is fixed in the 1.12 bottom bearing which is sets at the bottom of the 1.13 shell. A 1.18 small gear wheel is fixed to the (1.11) compressor shaft by attaching to the (1.17) larger gear wheel rotatable, so that when the motor shafts larger gear wheel rotates one time simultaneously its attached compressor shafts smaller gear wheel rotates two times then the AC (1.1) compressor runs two times by giving two compressions, this will give maximum energy efficiency with fast cooling/heat The same gear transmission system can also fixed in semi Hermetic compressors as shown in the figure-4 and external drive compressor as shown in the figure-3, It can also fix to scroll, rotary, reciprocating, screw, centrifugal etc compressors. This invention compressor can use different types of inverter air conditioner technologies as in figure-2. In Is4 option the inverter is tuned to run the compressor motor always in 2 speeds, at higher level at maximum rpm of maximum energy efficient zone and at lower level at minimum rpm of minimum power consumption zone. If the present inverters works like this then fix it to the invention as it is. The condenser fan also works with the same lsl option method. While working compressor is always on and doesnt stop. In 2nd option the present market available inverter fixed directly to the invention as it is, so they can perform as it is without having any change to run the compressor motor. Maximum energy efficiency, fast and comfortable cooling are its main features.
