Provided is a plastic coated galvanized metal sheet having excellent corrosion resistance wear resistance and resistance to black discoloration. This plastic coated galvanized metal sheet is characterized in that a first layer measuring 0.2 µm or greater in thickness is laminated to at least one surface of a metal sheet coated with a zinc plating layer and a second layer measuring 0.2 µm or greater in thickness is laminated onto the first layer the first layer being formed from a resin composition in which of a total of 100% by mass of a resin component and colloidal silica the resin component constitutes 70 95% by mass and the colloidal silica 5 30% by mass and the second layer being formed from a resin composition in which of a total of 100% by mass of a resin component colloidal silica and a thixotropic agent the resin component constitutes 14 49.95% by mass the colloidal silica 50 80% by mass and the thixotropic agent 0.05 6% by mass.
