This invention relates to an assembly for accommodating spare tire in luggage-compartment of hatch back passenger vehicle with duel fuel option using toroidal gas tank comprising of a spare tire in vertical/ inclined position above toroidal tank wherein the spare tire is mounted on a specially designed bracket such as herein described assembled to the rear floor and a specially designed holder such as herein described to hold the spare tire onto the bracket.
