The present invention provides a novel solar power generation device, belonging to the field of solar power generation devices. The present invention solves the problem that existing solar power generation devices have low power generation efficiency. The novel solar power generation device comprises a solar panel (1), wherein the solar panel (1) is of a double-surface structure and the solar panel (1) is arranged obliquely through a bracket, the bracket comprises a reflecting plate (2) hinged with the back surface of the solar panel (1), the reflecting plate (2) is provided with a first support rod (21), and the first support rod (21) is against the back surface of the solar panel (1), so that the front surface of the solar panel (1) is arranged upwards obliquely and the back surface of the solar panel (1) is arranged downwards obliquely. Since the solar panel is of a double-surface structure, and the front surface of the solar panel is arranged upwards obliquely and the back surface of the solar panel is arranged downwards obliquely, the front surface of the solar panel is used to receive solar energy to generate power normally; since the back surface of the solar panel is hinged with the reflecting plate, the reflecting plate can reflect sunrays for the back surface of the solar panel to generate power; therefore, this solar power generation device has high power generation efficiency.
