this invention is in the field of high gain antenna for wireless communication systems and dispositifsde and mobile, as well as for radar systems. in order to achieve this, we have opted for the design of an antenna using microstrip antenna technology policy whether on a dielectric substrate.the u00e9lu00e9mentrayonnant of this antenna is a conductor having a rectangular truncated at two opposite vertices (see figure 1). the antenna consists of three layers of cells mu00e9tamatu00e9riauxu00e0 ring resonators based on split ring slot resonator, rrs with three strands (figure 2).these layers of meta materials are designed such that the effective permittivity and permeability of these materials are negative for the frequency band of operation of the proposed antenna. the antenna is fed by a line printed on the same microbande subst subst subst subst subst subst subst rat dielectric.
